Jusco School South Park bags prestigious ISA award

Jamshedpur, May 14: Jusco School South Park added another feather in its cap after it was awarded with the British Council International School Award for the period of 2015-18.The school received an email from British Council in this regard, according to a press release.

The Award will be formally presented to the school in a ceremony which will be organised by British Council later this year. The award will enable the school to use new ISA KITE MARK of British Council for the period of 2015-18 on its website, letterhead, stationery and other school publications.

The release further said that the school had submitted a dossier of 7 ISA Projects related to Monuments , Currencies , Sports , Herbal plants , Travel Jamshedpur , Festivals & Food Fiesta with a 100 % participation of students . Apart from this, Jusco School has collaborated with schools in China, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Oman through Weekly SKYPE Discussions and Email exchange. It has definitely added an international dimension to the school teaching learning process and curriculum.

The School Principal, Mrs Shovna De, congratulated the entire School fraternity for this great achievement and described it as “a well coordinated team work involving all students, teacher and parents”. She also thanked the School Management for their constant support in the ISA journey.

The Vice Principal and ISA Coordinator, Mrs. Mili Sinha thanked the students, parents and teachers for their involvement and support throughout the ISA journey.

The School Coordinator, Ms K Jaishree & Mrs Soma Banerjee along with other teachers also expressed their happiness over this great success.
