Jamshedpur, April 25: Kerala Samajam Model School hosted its Annual Junior Prize Distribution Ceremony for the academic session 2024-25, celebrating the academic and co-curricular achievements of its young students. The event, held on April 25, aimed to foster a spirit of healthy competition and motivation among the junior students.
The ceremony was graced by Sharat Chandran, Director of Kerala Public Schools, Jamshedpur, as the Chief Guest, and Laxmi Sharat, Academic Director of Kerala Public School, as the Guest of Honour. Their presence added prestige and encouragement to the occasion.

Students showcased their talents through a vibrant cultural presentation, which included a motivational song, a spirited dance performance, and a dramatic choral recitation. The use of colourful and realistic props enhanced the visual appeal of their performances.
The annual report was presented by Vice Principal Rina Banerjee, highlighting students’ active involvement in various academic and extracurricular initiatives. She emphasized how many students brought laurels to the school through their participation in inter-school competitions.

Notable among the awardees were Khyati Priya (Std IV), Pallab Sengupta (Std V), Sai Devangshu Dhal (Std VI), and Naitik Sanwaria (Std VII), who were honoured as All Rounders for their outstanding performances across academics and extracurriculars.
The school also recognized students for their commitment to social responsibility. Akshat Jaiswal of Std II was awarded the Best Cub, Divya Gupta of Std II the Best Bulbul, and Atharva Gupta and Aashi of Std I received the Best Bunny Awards.
The inspiring leadership of Principal Nandini Shukla, along with Vice Principals A.L. Abraham, Rina Banerjee, and Sujata Singh, continues to guide the staff in nurturing well-rounded, responsible future citizens.
