Jamshedpur, Jan 8: Resident of Harijan Basti in Dhatkidih under Bistupur thana on Friday submitted a memorandum to the East Singhbhum deputy commissioner Suraj Kumar protesting against the delay in arrest of the culprits involved in the murder of Julie Ghosh earlier this week.
According to Suresh Mukhi, who was among the delegation that met the deputy commissioner, that such a murder had not taken place in their locality and the incident has created fire among women of their locality. The police have failed to nab the culprits which has increased morale of the criminals.
They threatened of an intense agitation if the culprits are not caught within 15 days.
