Jamshedpur, September 1: Road from Khasmahal Chowk to Govindpur will be built soon, Jugsalai MLA Mangal Kalindi inspected with officials the site.
The construction of road from Khasmahal Chowk to Govindpur railway gate via Parsudih, Shankarpur, Sarjamda, Barigoda, Rahargoda, Gadda under Jamshedpur block.
On March 22, MLA Mangal Kalindi met the Chief Minister and handed over a demand letter to him regarding the construction of this road, on which the Chief Minister assured that this road would be constructed as soon as possible.
For the construction of this road, on May 31, the MLA had also given an application to the Secretary of the Road Construction Department regarding the construction of this road and on March 3, during the zero hour of the Vidhan Sabha session, raised the issue of construction of the road.
The DPR of this road has been prepared. This road will be constructed at a cost of about 24 crores. Soon after getting the administrative approval, the construction work of this road will start.
