Jamshedpur, September 1: Gulshan Boipai a resident of Sankosai Road number One in Mango working in Jio Fiber Company passed away at Tata Main Hospital (TMH) on Friday.
Gulshan working in Jio Fiber Company, was completely injured after falling from a pillar in front of Smart Bazaar in NH 33 during work on Tuesday.
Gulshan had climbed the pole without tying the fiber cable without safety belt and protective material. Gulshan fell from the pole due to slipping of his foot and suffered serious injuries, he was undergoing treatment at Tata Main Hospital. He died three days later on Friday.
The relatives of Gulshan called BJP leader Vikas Singh to the hospital and informed about the matter.

Jio Fiber people used to make Gulshan work till late night by paying less wages.
Gulshan’s father has passed away in the past. With difficulty, Gulshan was brought up by his mother by repairing stove in another house. Along with taking care of Gulshan’s old mother, Gulshan used to manage the household.
Vikas Singh, warned the officials of Jio Fiber over the phone that according to the criteria made by the Labor Act of the Government of India, if death occurs during work. Accordingly, the family members of Gulshan should get compensation from Jio Fiber Company.
Along with this, Jio Fiber Company will also have to guarantee Gulshan’s mother maintenance. Vikas Singh told the officials of Jio Fiber that if proper compensation is not given to the family members of Gulshan, then a case will be filed against the engineers of Jio under section 302.
Along with this, Gulshan’s dead body will not go to the crematorium but will go to the office of Jio Fiber Company’s office in Shankosai, where Jio Fiber Company’s office will be jammed in protest.
