Ranchi: The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has officially announced the rescheduled dates for the JSSC Secretariat Assistant (CGL) exam. In a recent letter issued by JSSC, it has been confirmed that the examination for JSSC Secretariat Assistant is now scheduled to take place on 28th January and 4th February. Admit cards for the examination are expected to be released shortly.
Originally slated for 16th and 17th December 2023, the exam was postponed for unspecified reasons. The revised dates aim to provide candidates with ample time for preparation. To address the logistical aspects, a meeting of nodal officers from all districts in the state has been called on Friday at the JSSC office.
It has come to light that while many districts have already submitted the seat matrix for the JSSC Secretariat Assistant (CGL) examination, several districts, including West Singhbhum, Ramgarh, Gumla, Simdega, Latehar, Hazaribagh, Lohardaga, Godda, Giridih, Seraikela-Kharsawan, and Deoghar, are yet to provide this crucial information. JSSC has urged these districts to promptly furnish the seat matrix.
