JSM to register case against MD of Tata Steel UISL Ltd

Jamshedpur, Sept 11:  On the issue of Jubilee Park, the Jan Suvidha Manch (JSM) will register a case against Tata Steel Utility and Infrastructure Services Ltd (formerly JUSCO Ltd) MD Tarun Daga in the Bistupur police station on Sunday, September 12. Sashi Kumar Mishra, convener of the Manch, said, “On September 10, we had gone to submit a memorandum to Tarun Daga, Managing Director of Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services Limited. We had said that if our demand was not initiated within two days, we will file a case under section-353 against the MD for blocking the vital Sakchi-Circuit House-Sonari link road that makes accessibility easier and quicker.”
