Jamshedpur, Sep 14: Distressed by the arrangements made by the Seraikela District Cricket Association during the inter district Under-14 tournament held in 2013 the officials of Jharkhand State Cricket have submitted a negative report of Seraikela and Dumka during the tournament Sub Committee meeting held on Saturday at Ranchi.
Sanjeev Kumar Gupta of Dhanbad was appointed the observer for the tournament. According to the report submitted to the tournament committee the players during the matches at Seraikela were not provided with quality food and the staying facility was also ordinary.
This year Seraikela has not been provided with hosting rights. A negative report was also submitted against Dumka district cricket Association.
JSCA observer seemed to be pleased with hosts Deoghar and Koderma and this year both the Association have been awarded two tournaments each.
On the other hand Jamshedpur has only been awarded with only Office League scheduled for 9-18 Feb, 2015 and Calendar of Domestic Tournament of JSCA for the season 2014-15 was also released.
On this occasion the President of JSCA Amitabh Choudhary released the Rules and Playing Conditions law book prepared for domestic tournaments of JSCA which will be implemented from the current season.
The members present at the meeting were Chairman Manoj Kumar, Hony. Secretary Mr. Rajesh Verma, Aseem Kumar Singh, Dr. Dinesh Upadhyaya, Shailendra Kumar, Pankaj Kumar Singh, Lallan Prasad Rai, P.N. Singh, Jodh Singh, Om Prakash Gupta etc.
