Jamshedpur, May 28: Varsha Kabi of Jamshedpur Public School who topped the CBSE Class 12 board examinations in the commerce stream wants to become a top business manager. The results were declared on Sunday morning.
Daughter of Prashant Kabi, an officer at the state irrigation department, Varsha grabbed the first position in Jamshedpur in commerce .
Varsha credits her family members and school teachers for her success. “We live in a joint family which encouraged me a lot. I studied consistently all around the year and I am really thankful to my family and teachers, who gave all their support to me and the efforts I have put in all around the year has finally borne fruit,” added the city commerce topper.
She further said that I had to put in a lot of hardwork in Mathematics and my cousin brother who is Maths teacher at a private school helped me which is why I scored good marks. ‘I was expecting 90 % marks and above and with 95% now I can hope to get admission in some of the top commerce colleges of the country’, said, Varsha, adding, ‘I have been looking for colleges online in Bangalore, Pune and Delhi ever since my exams got over and after pursuing B.Com I want to do MBA from the best management school’.
Varsha informed that her elder sister is an engineer and is currently working in Pune while his mother Tripti Kabi is a housewife.
