Jamshedpur: In a proactive move for the well-being of the community, a delegation representing joggers and sports enthusiasts approached the office of the Deputy Commissioner (DC) and Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) to address the deteriorating state of the Agrico ground. The ground, frequented by health-conscious individuals for walking and sports activities, has been marred by the aftermath of daily weddings and religious ceremonies.
The persisting issue revolves around the accumulation of dirt and leftover remnants from these events, creating an unsanitary environment that adversely affects recreational activities. The delegation highlighted the unpleasant odor emanating from the discarded food, making it challenging for people to engage in healthy walks or sports within the vicinity.

It was revealed that similar grievances have been expressed by various organizations in the past, emphasizing the urgency of finding a lasting solution to maintain the cleanliness and usability of the Agrico ground. The delegation members, including Shekhar Sahay, Rajesh Kumar, Amit Sharma, Mahesh Larorkar, Rajeev Choudhary, Jhen Choudhary, Ashok Singh Bam, Vinay Sharma, Shatrughan Prishti, Rahul Chaurasia, Anup Singh Raja, and others, played a pivotal role in bringing attention to this pressing matter affecting the local community.
