Jamshedpur: A team of Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee visited Moharda near Birsanagar on Saturday and conducted a probe into alleged attempts made by unidentified people to name roads and colonies without taking permission of the civic body. At some places, graffiti was also found on the walls of public buildings, sources said.
Sources said the team led by City Manager Ranjan Pandey was sent to Moharda by the JNAC Special Officer Sanjay Kumar and DSP City Anudeep Singh following complaints against graffiti and naming of roads and colonies by unknown people.
The JNAC is keeping a close eye on people naming the streets and colonies without permission from the civic body.
