JNAC prepares draft parking rules

Jamshedpur: Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee has prepared an interim draft of parking rules for the city. The draft would be given final approval at a meeting of the parking committee next week.

This was informed on Wednesday by the Special Officer of JNAC Sanjay Kumar. He said the said rules are expected to come into effect from 1st August onwads.

Initially, the rules would be implemented for the first three months on a trial basis. Later, necessary amendments would be made in the rules based on the response given by the citizens, said Kumar.
