Jamshedpur: Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee is organizing a special camp at Sidhgora Town Hall on 7th August to inform the people of the city about the Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme of the Central government.
“We want to inform everyone about the ‘Sabke Liye Ghar 2022’ goal set under the ambitious Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana of the Central government. Under this scheme, those applying for loan to purchase a house or flat and belonging to the prescribed income group having a maximum income of Rs 18 lakh per annum would be given a subsidy of over Rs 2 lakh by the government. Those who want to know more about the scheme should attend the camp,” said Sanjay Kumar, Special Officer, JNAC.
The camp will be inaugurated by the Deputy Commissioner of East Singhbhum Amit Kumar. Representatives of all prominent banks will be present at the camp.
Kumar said those willing to get subsidy should not have a pucca house in the name of any member in their family which includes husband, wife and unmarried children. The subsidy would be available to those applicants who are building or purchasing house for the first time. The applicants may also get subsidy for repairing their kutcha houses.
