Noamundi, Nov 12: Former MLA Mangal Singh Bobonga filed his nomination paper as JMM candidate from Jagarnathpur assembly seat at Sub- Divisional office of Jaganathpur on Wednesday.
He was accompanied by a large number of Party activists during his nomination procession.
