Jamshedpur: Jharkhand Mukti Morcha Mahila Morcha celebrated International Women�s Day at Damudih Chowk in Narwa Pahar, Jadugora, on Thursday. The participants, mostly women, spoke on various issues pertaining to women empowerment and challenges before women in the modern world. The chief guest of the occasion was the Mukhiya of Sangram Panchayat Rukmini Murmu. She said there was an urgent need to work with unity in the field of women empowerment. Poma Soren, secretary of Potka Mahila Morcha unit, also addressed the gathering.
