Seraikela, Sep 5: At the Vidhan Sabha level workers’ conference held at Seraikela Town Hall, Minister Deepak Birua criticized the BJP’s focus on Bangladeshi intruders, suggesting they should address border security issues first. He expressed doubts about the BJP’s ability to bring development, highlighting the failures of past chief ministers, including Champai Soren. Birua questioned the efficacy of Assam’s Chief Minister in addressing Jharkhand’s issues, given the inadequate support for tribals in Assam.

Minister Ramdas Soren condemned the BJP’s rule for not only failing to develop Jharkhand but also depleting its mineral wealth and cultural heritage. He warned that if the situation doesn’t change, Jharkhand’s tribals might face further marginalization. In contrast, Chief Minister Hemant Soren has implemented significant policies like lifelong pensions for women from age 21.

MP Joba Manjhi urged the party to strengthen its organization and booths for the upcoming assembly elections, drawing parallels to the unity shown in the Lok Sabha elections. MLAs Sameer Mahanti, Savita Mahato, Mangal Kalindi, Niral Purti, and others also addressed the crowd, bolstering the party’s spirit.
