JMM leader Matlub Anwar Khan joins BJP

Jamshedpur, May 5: Jharkhand Mukti Morcha leader Matlub Anwar Khan joined BJP at a function on Sunday. He was the vice president of JMM�s minority front. He alleged that there was no place for democracy in the JMM. He said dynastic politics had taken over the JMM like the Congress. He said the Mahagathbandhan of Opposition parties had not given ticket to any Muslim candidate, thereby proving its anti-minority policies. He said the Opposition parties were only trying to exploit the minority community during elections.

Also present on the occasion, district BJP president Dinesh Kumar said a large number of Muslims were being drawn towards the BJP. He said the Opposition parties had long misled the minorities by painting BJP as an anti-Muslim party. He said now even the Muslims felt safe and secure under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi.

Those present during the function included Aftab Ahmad Siddiqui, Rakesh Singh and Mohammad Nisar.
