Jamshedpur: To strengthen its organizational framework, the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) has restructured the East Singhbhum District Coordinator Committee and the Jamshedpur Mahanagar Coordinator Committee. The decision was made under the directives of the party’s central leadership, with an official order issued by the Central Committee.
A total of 15 members have been inducted into the newly-formed coordinator committees, alongside more than 10 additional members who have been given key roles. The restructuring, which was finalized on January 18, 2025, will remain in effect until February 28, 2026.
Senior JMM leaders believe that this strategic move will significantly strengthen the party at the grassroots level and bolster its prospects in upcoming elections. “This restructuring is aimed at ensuring better coordination and strengthening our presence in crucial districts. The party will certainly benefit from this in the coming elections,” a senior JMM leader commented.
The appointments have been made with a vision to enhance the party’s outreach and streamline communication between local committees and the central leadership. With elections on the horizon, JMM’s focus remains on consolidating its voter base and addressing regional concerns effectively.
