Jamshedpur, Dec 30: Veteran spinner Shahbaz Nadeem bagged a five-for (5/78) to lead Jharkhand to a nine-wicket win over Services in Elite Group C. Alongside the left-arm spinner, Ankul Roy also chipped in with four wickets (4/63) as Services were bowled out for 214 in their second innings.

Jharkhand chased down the paltry target of 31 in just under eight overs for the loss of Ishan Kishan’s wicket.
Ishan Kishan failed to impress, scoring 13 runs each in both innings.
Ishan was dismissed in a bid to score quickly in the first innings, scoring 13 off 17 balls. In the second innings he managed 13 runs of 23 balls.
But Jharkhand were impressive on all fronts against Services and won the match by nine wickets.

At Jamshedpur: Services 367 in 90 overs (Rajat Paliwal 76, M S Rathee 69; Anukul Roy 6/67) and 214 all out in 74.2 overs (Arpit N Guleria 77, Rahul Singh Gahlaut 36; Shahbaz Nadeem 5/78, Anukul Roy 4/63) lost to Jharkhand 551 for 8 declared in 142 overs (Saurabh Tiwary 165, Kumar Suraj 83) and 31 for 1 in 7.5 overs. Jharkhand: 6 points, Services: 0.
