Ranchi: Union Defence Minister Manoj Parikkar handed over felicitation certificates to secretary of Information and Public Relations Department, Jharkhand MR Meena at a ceremony held at New Delhi today.
It may be mentioned here that the Jharkhand Tableau won second prize in Republic Day Parade in New Delhi.
The Jharkhand tableau exhibited Maluti temples made of terracotta that drew accolades at national and international level.
Accepting the felicitation MR Meena said that the whole world came to know about Maluti’s terracotta temples presented beautifully in the tableau.
He congratulated 35 artistes who had presented the tableau.
