Ranchi, March 23: Jharkhand welfare minister Chamra Linda has assured the House that the Scheduled Caste Commission will be formed within a month. Its rules will also be prepared.
He told that there were discrepancies in the previous rules. That is why it is being made again. In view of the various sections of the Constitution, it is taking some time to make the rules.
He also urged the Scheduled Caste MLAs to give suggestions regarding the rules.
Earlier, BJP MLA Manju Devi had raised the question of not forming the commission. She said that the commission has not been formed since 2020.
