Jamshedpur, Dec. 7: All Jharkhand Music Competition organised by Tagore Society Jamshedpur concluded with prize distribution function at Rabindra Bhawan on Wednesday.
Chief guest for the function was Usha Shukla, principal of the Graduate College. The concluding function started with welcome song presented by the students and teachers of Tagore School of Arts.
Vice-president of Tagore Society, Dr. Goutam Das Gupta gave the welcome address while general secretary Ashish Choudhary informed about the seven-day competition.
At event 70 awards were presented to various participants by chief guest Usha Shukla. On the occasion Rupa Rai recited poetry, Vidisha Nandi presented Rabindra Sangeet, Kaustabh Bagchi gave a presentation on classical music, Aakash Ranjan played tabla while Ritika Dev Choudhary presented Bharatnatyam. At the end vote of thanks was extended by Dr. Jehar Banerjee, vice-president of Tagore Society.
