Ranchi, March 12: Jharkhand health minister Dr. Irfan Ansari today distributed appointment letters among the newly appointed employees of the department.
All the new employees have been reinstated on contract.
In this program, a total of 166 people were given appointment letters. In today’s appointment letter distribution ceremony, appointments have been made to the posts of specialist medical officer, medical officer, OT technician and dentist.
Minister Irfan Ansari said during this time that very soon a big change will be seen in the health department in Jharkhand. The government will also soon deal with the shortage of doctors.
“In the coming time, the health department is going to make more appointments. Requirements have been sought from all the districts. In the coming time, about 10 thousand appointments are going to be made. The services of retired doctors will also be taken,” said Ansari.
“After studying in college, one will have to work for three years. Such a rule will be made. The department is also working on how to reduce the load of RIMS. In the coming days, many medical colleges, doctor seats will also be increased. Medical colleges will be built in every panchayat,” added Ansari.
He said that the people of Jharkhand will be treated with the help of AI technology robotic tech.
“Soon robotic surgery will be done in medical colleges. The number of 108 ambulances will increase. Arrangements for bike ambulances are also being made so that bike ambulances will be used where big ambulances cannot go. Helicopter ambulance service will start in every district,” he said.
The minster claimed that strict instructions has been given to the private hospitals that when the patient dies, the body should be left without taking the bill. If this is not done, action will be taken.
Today 166 people were handed over appointment letters. These include, 56 specialist medical officers, 24+17 medical officers, 57 OT technicians, 11 dental surgeons and a legal advisor.
