Republic Day celebrated with patriotic fervour
Jamshedpur, Jan 27: Health Minister Banna Gupta has said that 9000 people have applied for petrol subsidy schemes in the district alone. About 10 beneficiaries of the petrol subsidy scheme have given acceptance letters symbolically. Gupta was addressing 73rd Republic Day function at Gopal Maidan on Wednesday.
He said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Hemant Soren, the State Government is trying to speed up the development works. Even in a global pandemic like Corona, this challenge was faced with boldness. We, who follow the principle of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, stand in the happiness and sorrow of every person. Every successful effort is being made to make the state prosperous and advanced.
The Minister said that the Government formed under the leadership of Chief Minister Hemant Soren has been enthralled by the expectations and trust of many people. Every possible effort is being made by the government for progress.
Prior to this, Gupta unfurled the flag and took the salute of the parade. Along with this, the police officers and jawans who have performed better in the maintenance of law and order and civil defense volunteers were awarded a citation in the respective office.
Gupta, in his address, while saluting the brave fighters of the country, extended heartfelt greetings and best wishes to the people of the state and the district on Republic Day. He said that the country celebrates Independence Day on 15th August, but we got constitutional freedom on 26th January 1950. This country is a country of heroes, of Sufis, saints and great men. The heroes of this country have given so many sacrifices and sacrifices to make the country free and republic. He said that it is the duty of every Indian to make an effort to realize the India which was envisioned by the heroes of the country. 26 January is a very important day for our country. Republic means government by the people, for the people. For the Republic Day we are celebrating, the great freedom fighters of India have sacrificed their lives with laughter and fired bullets on their chest. In the independence of the country, the brave great men of Jharkhand also made sacrifices while participating. The Health Minister said that with the worldwide crisis, the government faced this challenge with high spirits. During the pandemic every person was provided every possible help. Every successful effort is being made to make the state prosperous and advanced. The government has tried to improve the economic condition of the laborers by connecting them with new schemes.
