Jamshedpur, March 2: Jharkhand Governor CP Radhakrishnan visited the Tata Motors Workers Union on Saturday to honor blood donors. During the event, persons who had donated blood over a hundred times were recognized and felicitated by the Governor.

Accompanying the Governor were Tata Motors Vice President Vishal Badshah, Plant Head Ravindra Kulkarni, Tata Motors Workers Union President Gurmeet Singh Tote, General Secretary RK Singh, DC Ananya Mittal, SSP Kishore Kaushal, and other dignitaries.
Governor Radhakrishnan emphasized the profound service rendered by blood donors, highlighting the invaluable impact of blood and organ donations on saving lives. He urged people to consider donating eyes and organs to continue benefiting others even after their demise.
In a tribute to Jamsetji Nusserwanji Tata, the founder of Tata Group, the Governor praised the ethos of Tata Group, particularly its commitment to employee welfare alongside corporate profits. He reiterated the symbiotic relationship between a company and its employees, underscoring that both were indispensable for its functioning.
Governor Radhakrishnan called upon companies to effectively utilize Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, balancing profit-making endeavors with a genuine spirit of public service.
