Jamshedpur: In preparation for the upcoming vote counting process, District Election Officer Ananya Mittal has announced a detailed training schedule for personnel involved in the task. The training will be held from 19 November to 21 November 2024 at Michael John Auditorium.
On 19 November, the morning session from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM will focus on Postal Ballot Counting Staff, including Counting Assistants, Counting Supervisors, and RO Table Staff. The afternoon session, scheduled from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, will cater to EVM Counting Staff, including similar roles.
On 20 November, the Resealing Team will receive training from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a session for Micro Observers from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
The final day, 21 November, will see a repeat of the sessions for Postal Ballot Counting Staff in the morning from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and for EVM Counting Staff in the afternoon from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
This training is essential to ensure all personnel are well-prepared for their roles, thereby maintaining the efficiency and transparency of the counting process. Attendance in the respective sessions is mandatory for all assigned staff.
