Jamshedpur, March 10: A delegation of social organization, Sampoorn Manavta Kalyan Sangh (SMKS) led by its president, dr Sanjay Giri, met Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren in Ranchi and informed that a statue of Shahid Ganesh Hansda had been made for installation in the martyr’s native village. The Chief minister was requested to unveil the statue. Hemant Soren, agreeing to the proposal asked the SMKS delegation to fix an early date for unveiling the martyr’s statue.
The delegation presented Hemant Soren a bouquet, memento, angavastram and religious books and lauded Chief Minister’s leadership in taking Jharkhand along the path of rapid development. The SMKS delegation included Baharagora MLA Sameer Mohanty, General Secretary of the organization Abhishek Gautam, Sushil Singh of All India Ex-Servicemen Service Council, Md Javed, Dinesh Hansda the brother of Baharagora martyr Veer Ganesh Hansda along with others were in the delegation.
