Jharkhand CM on religious visit to Kedarnath 

Ranchi, May 28: Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren will go on pilgrimage.

He will go to Uttarakhand on a pilgrimage for three to four days. The Jharkhand government is talking to the Uttarakhand government and the Chief Minister’s tour program is being finalized.

For this, talks have been held with the officials of Uttarakhand. According to official information, Chief Minister Hemant Soren will visit Kedarnath. Wife and Gandey MLA Kalpana Soren will also go with him. There he will offer prayers with his wife.

It is known that Kedarnath temple is located in Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand. It is a famous pilgrimage site and one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. As soon as the tour program of Chief Minister Hemant Soren is finalized with the Uttarakhand government and Rudra Prayag district administration, he will go from here to Delhi and then from Delhi to Kedarnath Dham by helicopter.

According to sources, there is every possibility of the Chief Minister going from here to Delhi for Kedarnath on Thursday.

It is known here that after winning the 2024 assembly elections, Hemant Soren is continuously visiting pilgrimage sites and offering prayers.

In February, the Chief Minister along with his wife and MLA Kalpana Soren visited Maa Kali at Shaktipeeth Kalighat in Kolkata. Both of them had worshiped in the sanctum sanctorum with rituals.

Earlier in December 2024, Hemant Soren along with his wife Kalpana Soren had attended the court of Baba Mahakal in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. Baba Mahakal was worshiped with full rituals along with his wife.

In December itself, CM Hemant Soren and his wife Kalpana Murmu Soren had worshiped at the world famous Tirupati Balaji and Sri Padmavati Ammavari temple in the holy land of Tirupati. Apart from this, he has visited many other temples including Baba Baidyanath Dham, Marang Buru, Maa Kali temple located in Manitola.
