Ranchi: The voting for the 2024 Jharkhand assembly elections has concluded in two phases, and all eyes are now on November 23, when the counting of votes will take place. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Hemant Soren and his wife, Gandey Legislator Kalpana Soren, have shared glimpses of their relaxed moments on social media, providing a break after the intense election campaigns.
Soren took to social media platform ‘X’ and posted photographs of himself enjoying some downtime. The CM in one of the photos can be seen playing with his huskies.
Alongside the photos, he wrote, “A few moments of respite after the election campaign.”
In one of the pictures, Kalpana can be seen giving him a head massage. Soren, an star campaigner for the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) and INDIA Block had been on an extensive campaign trail across the state, urging voters to support candidates from the INDIA alliance.
Kalpana also posted pictures on ‘X,’ highlighting her moments of relaxation after the voting phase ended.
She on X wrote, “After campaign rallies and yesterday’s polling, spending time today under my mother’s care.”
Like her husband, Kalpana, was also the star face of the JMM and was seen deeply engaged in the campaigning requesting people to vote for Hemant Soren and countering all allegations being made by the opposition Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders.

A X user replying to Gandey MLA’s post wrote, “May the blessings of the mother always remain on you and respected Hemant Dada.”
