Jamshedpur, May 31: The Jamshedpur branch of Jharkhand Bengali Samiti organized a cultural evening on Saturday, May 31, at Suresh Chandra Dey Bhawan in Bistupur. The event was anchored by Tapan Kumar Sen Sharma and featured a rich blend of music, dance, and literary tributes.
Social worker and organization patron Shekhar Dey graced the occasion as a special guest. In his address, Shekhar Dey stressed on the literary legacies of Rabindranath Tagore and Kazi Nazrul Islam.
The program included Rabindra Sangeet, poetry recitations, speeches on Nazrul, and dance performances. Aditi Sengupta and other artistes captivated the audience with their solo and group presentations.
A vote of thanks was extended by Stota Dasgupta, and the organizers expressed gratitude to all performers and attendees for contributing to the success of the program.
