Improvements in these sectors will act as a catalyst for overall development, fostering a skilled and empowered workforce.

Industrial stagnation is another hurdle that Jharkhand needs to overcome. Reviving industries through policy reforms, investment incentives, and infrastructure support can pave the way for economic growth. A vibrant industrial sector can provide employment, reduce migration, and contribute to the state’s prosperity.
