Jamshedpur, March 2: The atmosphere in and around Sakchi Agrasen Bhawan turned devotional as Sunil Snehi and Aman Sanwaria along with their team, Shyam Durga Musicians’ Group from Kanpur performed Jeen Mata’s Mangal Path and rendered devotional songs amidst enthralled devotees.

Shri Jeen Mata Pariwar of Jamshedpur organized Shri Jeen Utsav at Agrasen Bhawan in Sakchi on Tuesday, March 2 amidst chants of the deity. Prayers and rituals commenced at 3:30 pm with Ganesh Vandana. 251 women in traditional Rajasthani attire were the participants initiating Mangal Path. The sacred Jyot was lighted by the main hosts Kumud and Ramesh Agrawal and Omprakash Agrawal and his spouse.

Among the guests were former legislator Kunal Sarangi, BJP leaders Abhay Singh, Bharat Singh and Dharmendra Prasad, social worker Arun Bankrewal, Mohanlal Agrawal, Santosh Agrawal, Umesh Sah, Omprakash Ringasia, Mahavir Modi, Ramkrishna Chowdhary and Dipak Parik. The guests stood in front of the Jyot reverentially and prayed for peace, prosperity and progress for the community and the nation.

All COVID protocols were followed during the Shri Jeen Mata Utsav proceedings. The main attractions included the beautifully decorated throne of the deity, Akhand Jyot, Chhappan Bhog and consecrated food that was later distributed among devotees.

The organizing team comprised Pariwar founder Shambhu Khanna, president Bajrang Lal Agrawal, Vinod Khanna, Natwar Singhania, Rajkumar Ringasia, Sunil Debuka, Pramod Khanna, Kamal Agrawal ‘Chintu,’ Vijay Bajia, Manish Khanna, Ankit Agrawal, Asish Khanna, Anant Agrawal and Bajrang Agrawal.
