JDU Jamshedpur organizes condolence meeting in memory of 26/11 Martyrs

Jamshedpur, Nov 26: A condolence meeting was held at the Baridih office under the banner of Janata Dal (United), Jamshedpur Mahanagar, to pay tribute to the martyrs of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack. Saryu Roy, NDA candidate from Jamshedpur West, was the chief attendee. JDU workers and Saryu Roy paid homage by laying flowers on the portraits of the martyrs and observing a minute’s silence.

Addressing the gathering, Saryu Roy highlighted the significance of November 26 as both Constitution Day and the anniversary of the 26/11 attack. He recalled the 2008 terrorist assault carried out by Pakistani extremists at Mumbai’s Hotel Taj and other locations, which claimed the lives of many civilians and security personnel. He expressed condolence to the martyrs and emphasized that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi since 2014, the nation’s security has been significantly bolstered, reducing the likelihood of such incidents.

The meeting saw the presence of prominent JDU leaders, including Subodh Srivastava, Ramnarayan Sharma, Manju Singh, M. Chandrasekhar Rao, Akash Shah, Amit Sharma, Sudhir Singh, Ajay Sinha and Rajesh Kumar.
