JDC at Tata Steel Kalinganagar plant 

Jamshedpur, October 19: Joint Departmental Council (JDC) has been started in the Kalinganagar plant of Tata Steel on the lines of Jamshedpur.

This is a platform to create mutual harmony between the management and the union.

After its success, it was started in Kalinganagar also. This is also good for the employees. It is obvious that after its commencement, the management has also taken a sigh of relief that the Kalinganagar plant is also running on the lines of Jamshedpur and mutual coordination is being established here too. It is noteworthy that the union was formed here only last year after the plant was started. After this, initiative was taken regarding JDC and ultimately it came to fruition.
