Seraikela, May 4: Sunil Kumar Singh, chairman of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission located in Seraikela-Kharsawan district, has directed to pay compensation of one lakh rupees while hearing the allegations leveled against Jayashree Ford, the agency of Ford Company.
The agency has paid one lakh to the complainant. Complainant T Raghuvarma, while applying in the Consumer Forum in the year 2017, has accused Jayshree Ford selling Ford cars that instead of the specified model, another model car was given.
