Jamshedpur: Deputy Commissioner Ananya Mittal held a Janta Darbar at the Collectorate office, where he personally heard the grievances of more than 50 citizens. Mittal listened to each case attentively and assured the complainants of appropriate and timely action. He instructed officials from various departments to act promptly and responsibly, emphasizing that all applications should be addressed after due investigation and on a priority basis.
Highlighting the importance of accountability and transparency in governance, the Deputy Commissioner further directed concerned officials to physically verify complaints and ensure periodic reviews of the resolution process. He also insisted that progress reports be submitted to the DC’s office, underlining that matters related to public welfare must be treated with utmost seriousness.
