Jamshedpur: In the Janta Darbar held at the Collectorate office, Deputy Commissioner Ananya Mittal met with common citizens, listened to their grievances, and assured them of timely resolution. The public grievance meeting saw the participation of over 70 complainants, who raised various social and personal issues before the Deputy Commissioner.
The complaints covered a wide range of concerns, including requests for transfer, land disputes, medical assistance, road infrastructure issues, employment concerns, wage payments, and problems related to Sarna/Jaher places and other basic facilities. The Deputy Commissioner assured the complainants of appropriate action and instructed the officials to address their concerns promptly.

During the session, several applications were resolved on the spot, while others were forwarded to the respective departments for further action. The District Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner directed officials to coordinate with block offices and relevant departments to ensure thorough investigation and timely resolution of all received applications.
Ananya Mittal emphasized the importance of prompt responses to public grievances and urged officials to remain proactive in addressing the concerns of citizens. The Janta Darbar continues to serve as an essential platform for direct communication between the administration and the people, ensuring transparency and effective governance.
