Jamshedpur, August 3: As per directive of East Singhbhum Deputy Commissioner, Vijaya Jadhav, a Janata Durbar will be held in the office of the Mango Municipal Corporation (MMC) on Monday, August 8 that will be chaired by the Executive Officer of the body.
The meeting will be convened for speedy resolution of people’s problems and to provide benefits of government schemes to eligible residents under MMC. The public benefit schemes include avenues related to health, education, Anganwadi, update of voters list, ration, various pension schemes, housing, bank loans, caste, residential and income proofs, land issues including mutation, electricity and water, litigations, UID, labour, skill development among others.
The Deputy Commissioner, Vijaya Jadhav has further directed that all departmental officials and staff members of MMC should be present during the course of the Janata Darbar that will be held between 11 am and 4 pm on Monday, August 8 and that all out efforts have to be made for resolving public grievances at the earliest.
