Jamshedpur, May 18: Owner of 111 Save Life Hospital, Dr O. P Anand who shot into news for foul mouthing against health minister few days back has created a flutter by refusing to treat patients at his hospital.

He has also requested the Seraikela Kharsawan district administration to shift the admitted patients to some other hospital and has written a letter to the deputy commissioner of the district Arava Rajkamal and informed that though he is looking after the admitted patients but they should be shifted to some other hospital but has stopped taking new patients and that he is not interested in running the hospital anymore.

He has informed that case has been lodged against his hospital and that those undergoing dialysis can go voluntarily to other hospitals and that only on extreme emergencies new patients would be admitted.

Significantly there are nearly half a dozen Covid patients and there is fear where they will be treated.

Incidentally, a health department team had inspected the hospital on May 15 and the owner Dr O. P Anand had used bad language against the health minister Banna Gupta and the acting civil surgeon and a case has been lodged at RIT thana against the doctor on the basis of complaint lodged by health department for obstructing government servants from discharging duties and using foul language against health minister and civil surgeon.
