City doctors elected to key posts

Jamshedpur, Sept 24: Doctors from Jamshedpur have earned prominent positions in the recent elections of the Jharkhand-Bihar Society of Anesthesiology, bringing pride to the city.
Senior anesthesiologist of Tata Main Hospital (TMH), Dr. Sharad Kumar, has been unanimously elected as the President of the Society. His leadership and expertise are expected to give new direction to anesthesiology services across the region.
Dr. Umesh Prasad, Head of Department at Brahmanand Narayana Hospital, has been appointed as the Treasurer. He earlier served as the President of the Jamshedpur branch, where he made significant contributions. Recognizing his dedication and efficiency, he has now been entrusted with an important responsibility at the state level.
Additionally, young and dynamic physician Dr. Pallavi Gautam has been elected as a Member of the Society. Her inclusion not only highlights the growing role of women in the medical field but also brings fresh energy to the organization.
