Jamshedpur’s consultant psychologist to receive Global Excellence Award

Jamshedpur, July 28: Preeti Saini, a city-based multifaceted professional with a profound commitment to mental health, gender equality, and social welfare, is set to receive the esteemed Global Excellence Award from Bhavya Foundation. The prestigious award ceremony will take place on 30 July, at the K Kalindi Auditorium in Jaipur. The event, titled Antarashtriya Maitri Sammelan and Global Excellence Award-2023, aims to extend support to cancer victims, physically challenged individuals, and children with autism.

Saini’s illustrious journey is an inspiration to many. With qualifications that span a diverse range of fields, she has made remarkable contributions as a Consultant Psychologist, doctoral researcher, counselor, motivational speaker, author, and social activist. Hailing from Bengaluru University, where she completed her postgraduate studies in Psychology, she is presently immersed in her Doctoral Program, focusing on feminist studies, pseudofeminism, gender bias, and gender equality.

As a panel psychologist at the esteemed Pethamal Psychotherapy Research Foundation, a renowned mental health NGO, Preeti Saini has played a pivotal role in fostering awareness about mental well-being and championing psychological support for those in need. Her dedication to enhancing mental health services has earned her admiration from colleagues and beneficiaries alike.

Additionally, Saini’s involvement as a Project Manager at LifeKiran, a U.S.-based knowledge-sharing platform specializing in mental health information, has further elevated her contributions on an international scale.
