Jamshedpur, April 23: Avinash Kumar, an alumnus of Rajendra Vidyalaya and DAV Public School, Bistupur, has secured the 56th All India Rank in the UPSC Combined Defence Services Examination (II) 2023. His outstanding academic journey includes graduating with a first division in Philosophy from Hindu College, University of Delhi in 2023.

His parents, Rekha Singh, proprietor of a beauty parlour, and Krishna Kumar Singh, an employee at a private company, have been his pillars of strength.
