Jamshedpur, July 12: Parliamentarian Bidyut Baran Mahto�s efforts to introduce direct rail services to Jaipur, a long standing demand of the Marwari community in Kolhan, has evoked an assurance from Railway Minister Piyush Goel. Mahto held discussions with the Rail Minister over the demand for rail connectivity to Jaipur from Jamshedpur. According to the discussion between Piyush Goel and Bidyut Baran Mahto the Purushottam Express between Bhubaneswar and New Delhi is sought to be extended upto Jaipur.
The Purvi Singhbhum Zila Marwari Sammelan president Umesh Shah has lauded Rail Minister Piyush Goel and parliamentarian for the assurance that has given rise to hope among the Marwari community.
