
Jamshedpur, July 26 : City�s leading restaurant Zen has added new oriental flavour to its menu. Located at P&M Mall in Bistupur, the restaurant has brought flavours of China, richness of Thailand and flavours of Japan to spoil tastes buds of food lovers. Celebrity chef Sandeep Kumar Pandey has also joined corporate executive chef with Sonnet Hotels.
Addressing the media at Zen on Friday, Pandey said that he hails from the city itself and is happy to be part of Sonnet Family. �We have brought changes in the menu of Zen as well as our Indian restaurant Utsav which is located adjacent to Zen. The restaurants are now offering a variety of delicacies,� he said.
The chefwent on to inform that specialties like Dim Sums, Bao, Sushi, Satay, Mangolian Lamb Chops, Wasabi Prawns, Ho-fan and Udon noodles, rice paper rolls, fried ice creams. He added that the Chinese dishes are primarily sourced from the Canton, Peking and Schezwan region.
Sonnet Hotels has presented a complete new genre of service clubbed with an unique amalgamation of varied cuisine lines from across the globe is going to bring in a renaissance of gastronomic and culinary renditions in this beautiful city of steel.
