Jamshedpur: Youth apprehended with loaded pistol near Jubilee Park

Jamshedpur, June 2: Tiger Mobile jawans successfully apprehended a young man found in possession of a loaded pistol near Jubilee Park under the jurisdiction of Sakchi police station. Prompt action by the security personnel prevented a potentially dangerous situation from unfolding. The arrested youth, identified as Sagar, a resident of Mango, is currently under investigation at Sakchi police station.

The incident unfolded on Friday evening during routine vehicle checking near Jubilee Park. The vigilant jawans from Tiger Mobile noticed the young man behaving suspiciously and immediately took action. It is believed that the individual had intentions to carry out an undisclosed activity.

According to eyewitnesses, Sagar was riding a motorcycle when he was approached by the Tiger Mobile personnel near the park’s entrance. However, upon being signaled to stop, the young man attempted to flee. Determined to prevent any untoward incident, the jawans swiftly pursued and apprehended him. During the subsequent investigation, a loaded pistol was recovered from Sagar. Speaking about the incident, jawan Salman of Tiger Mobile recounted how he spotted the young man exhibiting suspicious behavior while on patrol. Acting on his intuition, Salman and his team swiftly intervened, leading to the discovery of the firearm. The police are currently conducting a thorough interrogation of Sagar to determine the motives behind his possession of the weapon.
