Jamshedpur: The Department of MBA at Jamshedpur Women’s University, under the leadership of Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Anjila Gupta organized a one-day workshop titled “Synergy Energy” at the Sidhgora campus. The event was designed to go beyond traditional academic learning and provide a platform for MBA students to showcase their versatile professional talents.
The workshop featured a variety of business-oriented competitions that saw enthusiastic participation from the students. The activities included:

Photomania: A photography-based challenge.

Ad-Mad Show: Testing the creative marketing and advertising skills of students.

Brainstorming: A session focused on problem-solving and critical thinking.

Role Model: A segment where students emulated influential business leaders.
Faculty members from various vocational courses served as judges to evaluate the students’ performances across these diverse categories.
The event concluded with a prize distribution ceremony to honor the winners and participants. The session was attended by several high-ranking university officials, including Proctor Dr. Kishwar Ara, Dean of Commerce and Business Management Dr. Deepa Sharan, Registrar Dr. Salomi Kujur, and CVC Dr. Annapurna Jha, along with faculty members from various departments.
The workshop was spearheaded and coordinated by Assistant Professors of the MBA Department, Dr. Shweta Prasad, Dr. Keya Banerjee, and Dr. Bharti Varshney.
