Jamshedpur, April 4: The Faculty of Education at Jamshedpur Women’s University (JWU) organized a community service program at School of Hope, a special school for special students in Northern Town, Bistupur, under the guidance of Vice Chancellor Professor (Dr.) Anjila Gupta.
Students from the B.Ed. first semester participated in the initiative, engaging with special children through creative and interactive activities. The event was attended by School Principal Neetu Ganguly, Director Leena Adesara, along with teachers and students of the institution.

The B.Ed. students were divided into five groups and conducted engaging activities, including paper-cutting art, drawing, music, and a musical chair competition to encourage and entertain the children. The event was led by B.Ed. faculty members Dr. Tripura Jha and Dr. Arunima Kumari, with Dr. Jha also hosting the program.
A total of 27 B.Ed. students and faculty member Dr. Supriya Lakshmi participated in the event. The students also gained valuable insights into teaching methods for special children from the school’s educators.
