Jamshedpur, April 9: A 24 year-old woman, identified as Kashish Kumari alias Varsha, reported committed suicide by hanging self to death in her house in Vidyapatinagar under Sidhgora police station area.
Sources said the incident transpired this morning when Varsha did not open the door. Her family members and neighbours informed police and broke the door open. Varsha was hanging dead from the ceiling. Cops sent the body to MGM Medical College for postmortem examination. A case of unnatural death was registered in this connection.
Police said no suicide note was found from the scene. They said the girl suffered from financial problems and was depressed for the last few days.
