Jamshedpur, Nov 7: An uncontrollable truck trampled three labourers working in NH 33 Mukhiadanga of MGM police station area of Mango. In the mishap, one died on the spot while two others were seriously injured. The injured have been admitted to the hospital.
The name of the deceased is Ashish Prasad who is a resident of Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Pawan Mandal and Sameer Hira are among the injured. Both are residents of Kolkata. All three were crossing the road after drinking tea. A truck coming from the front caught them.
On getting information about the incident, the police of MGM police station reached the spot. The injured were sent to the hospital. He picked up the body of a labourer and sent it for post-mortem.
