Jamshedpur, Oct 16 : A trailer met with an accident near Demkadi Chowk on National Highway 33 on Wednesday afternoon after the driver lost his control over the wheels. According to reports the trailer was traveling from Dimna towards Ghatshila when the driver suddenly applied the brakes near Demkadi Chowk. This caused the front of the trailer to go off course and climb onto the divider, with the rear section swinging in the opposite direction preventing the vehicle from overturning. No one was injured in the incident.
“There were no pedestrians on the road at the time otherwise it could have been a major accident,” a local said. The driver was able to safely exit the vehicle unharmed following the accident.
